A Place of Heart LLC provides compassionate, person-centered care in Haiti. Our services include Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Home Health (In-Home Assistance) for families locally and abroad—especially those in the United States, Canada, and France.

Residential Care

Skilled Nursing Care

Skilled nursing is designed for clients who need regular clinical support and daily assistance in a safe, supportive environment.

Non-Residential

Home Health (In-Home Assistance)

Home Health allows older adults to remain in their own home in Haiti while receiving day-to-day caregiving support. This is ideal for families abroad who want reliable help for a loved one without immediate relocation.

Note: Residential admissions are managed through a waiting list to maintain quality care. Home Health services are non-residential. Placement is based on availability. No payments are collected through this website.
