A Place of Heart LLC is a care community in Haiti dedicated to supporting older adults with dignity, compassion, and safety. We serve families locally and abroad—especially in the United States, Canada, and France—who are seeking reliable, affordable care for a loved one.
Our mission is to provide person-centered care that honors each resident’s life story, values, and needs. We believe older adults deserve a calm environment, consistent support, and respectful communication with families.
We provide Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Memory Care, and Home Health (In-Home Assistance). Our approach focuses on safety, comfort, and family involvement.

Coordinating care from another country can be stressful. We make the process easier by providing clear steps, timely updates, and consistent communication. Families may join our waiting list for residential care, or request Home Health services to support a loved one at home in Haiti.
