A Place of Heart LLC
A Place of Heart LLC offers compassionate care for older adults through skilled nursing, long-term care, memory care, and home health services in Haiti. We proudly support families locally and abroad, including those in the United States, Canada, and France.
Residential Care: Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Memory Care are provided through a waiting list system to ensure safe and appropriate placement. Families are offered a three-month transition period once a space becomes available.
Home Health (In-Home Assistance): Families living abroad may arrange and fund caregiving support for a loved one while they remain in their own home in Haiti.
Placement is based on availability. No payments are collected through this website.
